The Communication Skills At Work Program allows participants to develop techniques to build self-esteem and effectively formulate solutions to unhealthy, non-productive situations. This class provided me with all of the necessary tools to confront, address and overcome a difficult situation with a supervisor. The net result was a win-win solution.
